Susanna Green
Health and Safety Consultant
Originally trained as a Registered General Nurse, Susanna has worked in NHS Acute hospital and private sector.
Originally trained as a Registered General Nurse, Susanna has worked in NHS Acute hospital and private sector.
Susanna developed her skills within Health and Safety whilst working for an independent Health and Safety service provider. This enabled her to gain skills, knowledge and understanding beyond the health service and into areas including learning disabilities, both adult and children, nursing and residential homes and industry.
In 2001 she took up a post within an acute NHS hospital as Principle manual handling adviser/ trainer and ergonomic adviser and studied at Loughborough University to gain a Post-Graduate Certificate in Backcare Management. This post highlighted her skill in training and enthusing others of the benefits around good practice.
Susanna has joined ERS as a health and safety consultant and is particularly excited about helping develop activities within Ecclesiastical’s niche markets.
Susanna is currently working towards getting her chartership to the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
