Customer Services Assistant
Joanne is extremely proficient at organising the day to day activities of ERS Ltd and dealing with customer enquires. She is expert in handling the ERS Ltd databases, products, services and staff support.
She has been with the Ecclesiastical Insurance group since November 2004, so has a solid understanding of their values and goals. Additionally the knowledge she has gained about the insurance sector will compliment her new position perfectly.
Joanne made the switch to Ecclesiastical Risk Services Ltd in January 2008 because the position poses new challenges and being part of a new and developing team of health and safety expertise appealed to her.
