Ecclesiastical wins British Insurance Award for risk management

We are delighted to announce that for the second consecutive year Ecclesiastical has won a prestigious British Insurance Award.
The awards were announced at a ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall in London 9 July 2008, where Ecclesiastical won the award in the risk management category for our proactive strategy to combat the problem of metal theft which has been a particular blight on parish churches.
Steve Wood, Managing Director, UK and Ireland commented, “Winning the award is a tribute to so many people right across our business. This has been a real team effort and, although the theft of metal problem is not yet behind us, it’s a great achievement and something that should make us all extremely proud”.
