Gil came to Ecclesiastical following 14 years Commercial underwriting with Royal, L & G and Independent.
Gil works alongside the Regional Underwriters and is primarily engaged in operational organisation and personnel management. But she also acts as a referral point for technical underwriting and procedural issues.
She is a life long Liverpool fan, enjoys horse riding, foreign travel and socialising.
