Our Gloucester Regional Underwriting Centre was established following the structural reorganisation of our intermediary business in 2003. Whilst we share premises with our head office colleagues here in Gloucester, we are very much focussed on delivering a first class service to our business partners in the South, South West and West of England together with South and West Wales.
We pride ourselves on strong personal and business relationships with the Intermediaries with whom we deal. We have 3 Development Underwriters who are the external face of Gloucester Regional Underwriting Centre in the market, with each supported by a dedicated team of underwriters located in our Gloucester Regional Underwriting Centre. Between us all, we have a huge amount of experience and expertise of our specialist products and the market in which we operate. Our focus is very much on service and access to local decision makers is a clear differentiator for us. Our recent excellent results and levels of client retention in a difficult market reflects our approach.
